“I have struggled with stress and anxiety for most of my life. It was affecting my day to day activities. I found that being busy helped, then became overwhelming and hindered me. After exhausting other avenues such as hypnosis, counselling and a range of positive affirmations my next step to help myself and my family was to go to the GP. I then heard about PSYCH-K. Due to visiting the area I booked a session with Michael, which in itself helped me to focus on something and was a relief. However, after feeling particularly low I enquired about an online session. Reasoning that it could help in the immediate until I was able to have a face-to-face appointment. I went into the session via zoom with an open mind, although, with complete honesty I feel very much like there was some scepticism. I was made to feel at ease when the process was explained to me. It was especially interesting that my mind would only allow what was needed to help me. The right balance for my issues was chosen and completed. Before the end of my session I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders and that I could think more clearly with a quiet mind. I have never felt so relaxed. Each day after this process I have noticed little changes. My stressors and environment have not changed but my approach to them has changed drastically, and without me having to think about it. I don’t have the anxious swirling in my stomach, or feel myself becoming full of anger. Each day I notice something that I wouldn’t have been able to manage previously. It has made the most positive change for me and my family. I can look at situations and deal with them rather than being irrational and reactive. It is astounding how much stress and anxiety can limit your thinking, and how many aspects of your life they affect. If this is what can happen after one online session, I am so excited for my face-to-face appointment”.
